Labor Day weekend is the traditional time for the Southeast Washington Fair and Frontier Days which includes a carnival, a country western concert, a demolition derby, livestock showing, home crafts exhibits, and three NRA rodeo performances. All of this is held on the fair and rodeo grounds which is only a stone's throw from a busy intersection that includes this Starbucks.
Obviously this cowgirl had a hankering for a Starbucks' iced coffee or Frappacino and simply rode on through.
