A TASTE OF SPRING






What could say spring better than a bowl of fresh puree 
of carrot soup on this Good Friday in April?


Eating that soup at my favorite Walla Walla restaurant, 
Brasserie Four, bringing a taste of France  to our 
little burg in eastern Washington.
