I found this gloved shaka sign perched on a post in a small vineyard near my house. The Hawaiian translation means "hang loose" or "all right." In Walla Walla speak it means everything is cool in Walla Walla.
Any town called Walla Walla is OK by me, I'm from the land of Innaloo, Booragoon and Dogswamp.. well that's just a few of the suburb names, but you see what I mean Susan :) Welcome to CDP, looking forward to seeing more of WW!
Cute shot and the scenery is nice too!
ReplyDeleteThe scenery is beautiful! That's one part of America I haven't been in.
ReplyDeleteGreat photo — hope all is well in that vineyard behind it.

ReplyDeleteOh my, those mountains in the background... Love them so much! I need to try the shaka though people here will think I'm nuts!
ReplyDelete@Grace: Lol!!! I'm sure Susan will tell us all about the Walla Walla, Cayuse and Umatilla Native Americans!
ReplyDeleteIt is mine
